Hadley Chimney Sweep in Florida

Hadley Chimney Sweep sales & service brings chimney cleaning and repair across Florida with a standard most homeowners didn’t think was possible from a chimney company: live arrival tracking, before-and-after photos on every job, and a written price before anyone picks up a brush. We’ve carried over two decades of chimney experience since 2003, and as part of the Relay Home Co. family, we work to one promise. You see the job happen, from the tap that books it to the photo that shows it’s done.

Why Florida Homeowners Choose Hadley Chimney Sweep

Florida chimneys face real challenges. Humidity works on masonry year-round, salt air near the coast accelerates deterioration, and the rainy season finds every crack and loose cap. We know what that does to a flue because we’ve been cleaning and repairing chimneys in this climate since 2003. Our technicians arrive background-checked and uniformed, in a tracked window you can follow on your phone, not a four-hour guess. Every repair carries a written guarantee and a free second visit if the repair fails, included, not an upsell. We work with materials chimney pros actually rely on: DuraFlex flexible liner systems, HeatShield ceramic repair compound, and Copperfield chimney accessories, along with Gelco, Olympia Chimney, and Famco. You won’t get whatever is cheapest on the truck. You’ll get parts built to last in Florida weather. And you’ll get a live person on the phone 24/7 when you call, no answering service runaround, no callback queue. The 365-Day Done Right Promise backs all of it. If it’s not done right, we make it right.

Backed by the Relay Home Co. Family

Hadley Chimney Sweep is proudly part of the Relay Home Co. family, an independently owned and operated local business held to The Relay Standard. That means every Hadley job in Florida works to The Relay Visibility Guarantee: live arrival tracking, before-and-after photo documentation, and a written price before work begins, on every job, not just the big ones. A relay is a clean hand-off, one runner passing to the next so nothing gets dropped. It’s also the small switch that makes the connection the moment you need it. The name is about a job that moves smoothly from your phone to your door, from the tap that books it to the photo that shows it’s done.
