By browsing the site, filling out a request form, or scheduling work with Relay Home Co., you are agreeing to the terms set out on this page in full. Changes to these terms
Relay Home Co. may update or revise these Terms of Service at any time without advance notice. When changes are made, the updated terms will be posted at relayhomeco.com with a new effective date. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect and will not be affected by the removal or modification of any unenforceable provision.
Services offered
Relay Home Co. provides professional home services to customers in Austin, TX and the surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability, and the scope of any job may be adjusted based on an on-site or remote professional assessment before or during the work.
Depending on the nature and location of a request, the work may be carried out by skilled independent contractors or service professionals who operate in coordination with Relay Home Co.. When that is the case, Relay Home Co. takes responsibility for coordinating the engagement, but the individual completing the job may not be a direct employee of the company. By requesting service, you acknowledge and accept this arrangement.
Intellectual property
All content appearing on relayhomeco.com - including text, images, logos, graphics, and the overall look and feel of the site - is the property of Relay Home Co. and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark law. Nothing on the site grants you the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use any of this material without the prior written permission of Relay Home Co.. Unauthorized use of site content may violate intellectual property laws and could result in legal action.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Relay Home Co. for any claim arising out of or related to its services or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the specific services giving rise to that claim. Relay Home Co. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of revenue, or damage to property not directly caused by the service work, even if Relay Home Co. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Scheduling and cancellations
Relay Home Co. asks that customers provide at least 24 hours’ notice when they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows the team to accommodate other customers and manage staffing appropriately.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a late-cancellation fee. The amount of that fee, if applicable, will be communicated to you at the time of booking or upon request. Relay Home Co. reserves the right to apply such a fee at its discretion.
Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of TX, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Relay Home Co.’s services that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the appropriate state or federal courts located in TX, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
