Hadley Chimney Sweep in West Virginia
Hadley Chimney Sweep handles chimney cleaning across West Virginia with the same visibility you expect from a rideshare: live arrival tracking, photo proof before and after, and a written price before anyone picks up a brush. That’s the Relay Home Co. standard, and it applies to every sweeping, inspection, and repair we do. For West Virginia homeowners who are tired of vague four-hour windows and verbal estimates that shift once a tech is on the roof, Hadley is the chimney company built around one simple promise: you watch the job happen, from the tap that books it to the photo that shows it’s done.
Why West Virginia Homeowners Choose Hadley Chimney Sweep
Hadley Chimney Sweep has carried Hadley Chimney Sweep sales & service into West Virginia homes since 2003. That’s more than two decades of creosote removal, flue inspection, and repair work where it matters most: in a state with real winters and fireplaces that earn their keep from October through March. We don’t send a vague arrival window. Every Hadley technician arrives background-checked, uniformed, and trackable in real time, so you know exactly who’s pulling into your driveway and when. Before work starts, you get a written price. Not a ballpark, not a handshake. A number on paper, agreed to by both of us, with no surprise charges at the door. After the job, you get before-and-after photos and a digital invoice you can pay from your phone. Our 365-Day Done Right Promise backs every repair with a written guarantee, and if something fails, we return for a free second visit. That’s not an upsell. It’s how we work. We also use materials chimney pros actually rely on: DuraFlex flexible liner systems, HeatShield ceramic repair compound, and Copperfield chimney accessories. We don’t load the truck with whatever’s cheapest. We stock parts built to last because a West Virginia chimney has to hold up through cold snaps, thaws, and everything in between.
Backed by the Relay Home Co. Family
Hadley Chimney Sweep is proudly part of Relay Home Co., an independently owned and operated local business held to The Relay Standard. That means every job across West Virginia carries The Relay Visibility Guarantee: book in a tap, get a live arrival time, see photos of the work before and after, get the price in writing before we start, and pay from a digital invoice. We don’t pretend to be from every town. We’re a local team working to one promise: total visibility, every job, no exceptions. The name says it. A relay is a clean hand-off, one runner passing to the next so nothing gets dropped. It’s how your chimney job should move from your phone to your door.
