Preston Locksmith & Security in New York
Preston Locksmith & Security brings locksmith work into the modern era for New York homeowners. We’re the locksmith arm of the Relay Home Co. family, which means every job comes with a live arrival time you can track, before-and-after photos of the work, and a written price before a single tool leaves the bag. You know who’s coming, exactly when they’ll arrive, and what the job costs. No four-hour windows. No anonymous technician. No price that swells between the estimate and the invoice. That’s the standard we’ve held since 2008, and it’s how every Preston job across New York runs.
Why New York Homeowners Choose Preston Locksmith & Security
New York homeowners call us when they’re locked out at 11 p.m., when a deadbolt stops turning, or when they want better locks after a break-in down the block. Our technicians arrive in uniform, background-checked, and ready to work on the hardware you actually have. We service Schlage, Kwikset, Medeco, Yale, Baldwin, Mul-T-Lock, Sargent, and Abloy, from standard residential deadbolts to high-security commercial cylinders. That coverage matters in New York, where buildings range from prewar walk-ups with original hardware to newer construction with smart locks and keyless entries. Every Preston repair carries a written guarantee and our 365-Day Done Right Promise. If it’s not done right, we make it right. And if a repair fails, the second visit is free, no charge, no argument. You’ll also get the written price before any work starts, always included, never an upgrade. We answer calls with a live person around the clock, not a voicemail tree.
