Preston Locksmith & Security in Rhode Island
Preston Locksmith & Security is a Rhode Island locksmith built around one promise: you see everything before it happens. A live arrival time you can track, a written price before any tool leaves the bag, and before-and-after photos of every job. No anonymous technician in an unmarked van. No hourly rate that drifts upward while you watch. Just a background-checked, uniformed pro who shows up when the app said they would, does the work, and proves it with photos. Part of the Relay Home Co. family since 2008, Preston Locksmith Security sales & service handles everything from a Schlage deadbolt on a Providence front door to a Medeco high-security cylinder on a commercial storefront.
Why Rhode Island Homeowners Choose Preston Locksmith & Security
Rhode Island is small enough that word travels fast, and a locksmith who shows up late or pads an invoice gets talked about. Preston works the other way. Our technicians are background-checked and uniformed, so the person at your door looks like the photo in your booking. We train on the hardware actually installed across Rhode Island homes and businesses: Schlage, Kwikset, Yale, Baldwin, Medeco, Mul-T-Lock, Sargent, and Abloy. Residential deadbolts, commercial cylinders, rekeys, lockouts, fresh installs. The price is in writing before work starts, and it does not change. Every repair carries a written guarantee and a 365-Day Done Right Promise. If the repair fails, the second visit is free, no argument. Calls go to a live person around the clock, because lock problems rarely respect business hours. And every job ends with a digital invoice you can pay from your phone, the same way you booked it.
Backed by the Relay Home Co. Family
Relay Home Co. is a family of independent local home-service companies that all work to one standard: The Relay Visibility Guarantee. You get a live arrival time, not a four-hour window. Photo updates before and after. A written price before anything starts. Preston Locksmith & Security in South Carolina - Locksmith is independently owned and operated, rooted in Rhode Island, and held to that standard on every job. The name comes from a relay: one runner passing to the next so nothing gets dropped. A clean hand-off from your phone to your door. That is how we run locksmith calls across Rhode Island, every single one.
