Benson ADU Builders in Michigan
Benson ADU Builders is the Michigan arm of the Relay Home Co. family, focused on accessory dwelling units and home additions homeowners can actually track from their phone. Every project starts with a written price before any work begins, a live arrival time you can watch, and photo updates as the build moves forward. Our Michigan customers choose from leading prefab brands including Abodu, Cover, Dvele, Mighty Buildings, Boxabl, Plant Prefab, and Tuff Shed, with James Hardie cladding available. You’ll never get a verbal estimate that shifts later. You get the plan and the price in writing from the first conversation.
Why Michigan Homeowners Choose Benson ADU Builders
Michigan winters are hard on everything, and a detached ADU or attached addition has to stand up to freeze-thaw cycles, heavy snow load, and the occasional week where the temperature never climbs above ten degrees. That’s why our customers appreciate that we build with prefab systems from brands homeowners can research independently: Abodu, Cover, Dvele, Mighty Buildings, Boxabl, Plant Prefab, and Tuff Shed, finished with James Hardie cladding that handles Michigan moisture without rotting or warping. But the bigger reason Michigan homeowners stick with us is the 365-Day Done Right Promise. If anything isn’t right within a full year, we make it right. Every project carries a written guarantee stamped on the paperwork, and a free second visit if any covered repair fails. Our technicians are background-checked and uniformed, so you always know exactly who is walking onto your property. And when you call, a live person answers. No voicemail loops, no phone tag, no waiting until Monday morning. That matters when you’re managing a build while also holding down a job and a family. We’re part of Relay Home Co., which has been doing this since 2006, and each location is independently owned and operated under The Relay Visibility Guarantee.
Backed by the Relay Home Co. Family
Every Benson ADU Builders in Missouri - ADU project across Michigan operates under The Relay Visibility Guarantee, the standard that defines the entire Relay Home Co. family since 2010. For you, that means a written price before anything starts, real-time tracking, photo updates before and after the work, and a digital invoice you can pay from the link. We built the name on a relay: one runner passing to the next so nothing gets dropped. Your job moves smoothly from your phone to your door, with the same visibility you expect from a rideshare app. Each Michigan location is an independent local business that agreed to work to The Relay Standard: book in a tap, live arrival times, photos of the work, written pricing, and a digital invoice. No four-hour windows. No surprises at the door.
