Benson ADU Builders in Ohio
Benson Adu Builders sales & service designs and builds accessory dwelling units and home additions across Ohio, from backyard cottages to garage conversions and attached suites. We’re part of the Relay Home Co. family, which means every project starts with a written price and a clear plan, not a handshake and a vague promise. Ohio homeowners work with us because we build with prefab brands they can research themselves, including Abodu, Cover, Dvele, Mighty Buildings, Boxabl, Plant Prefab, and Tuff Shed, finished with James Hardie cladding. You get visibility from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.
Why Ohio Homeowners Choose Benson ADU Builders
Most Ohio homeowners adding an ADU have already heard the horror stories of contractors who quote one number and bill another, or who disappear for three weeks after demo. We built Benson ADU Builders to be the opposite of that. Every job starts with a written price before any work begins, and that price is what you pay. We stand behind every project with our 365-Day Done Right Promise: if the work isn’t right within a full year, we come back and make it right, no argument and no invoice. Every technician who walks onto your Ohio property is background-checked and uniformed, so you know exactly who’s there and why. And when you call, a live person answers, 24/7, every day of the year. No voicemail loops, no phone tag until Monday. That’s the Relay standard, and it’s stamped on every Benson ADU Builders job we complete in Ohio.
Backed by the Relay Home Co. Family
Benson ADU Builders carries the Relay Home Co. name because we work to one promise: total visibility. That means a written price before anything starts, photo updates as the work happens, and a digital invoice you can pay from your phone. Relay Home Co. was founded in 2010 on the idea that home service should feel like tracking a ride-share: you see who’s coming, when they’ll arrive, and what it costs. Each location is independently owned and operated, but every one of us agreed to The Relay Visibility Guarantee. A relay is a clean hand-off, one runner passing to the next so nothing gets dropped-whether here in Ohio or at Benson ADU Builders in Oregon - ADU locations. That’s how your Ohio ADU project moves from first call to finished build.
