Hadley Chimney Sweep in Kentucky
Hadley Chimney Sweep sales & service brings more than two decades of chimney experience to homes across Kentucky, handling everything from routine cleanings to liner repairs and rebuilds. We’re part of the Relay Home Co. family, which means every job comes with live arrival tracking, before-and-after photos, and a written price before any brush touches your flue. For Kentucky homeowners who book on their phone and expect to see the work actually happen, that’s the standard. No vague windows, no verbal quotes, no wondering whether anyone showed up.
Why Kentucky Homeowners Choose Hadley Chimney Sweep
Chimney work has always run on old habits: a guy shows up sometime between noon and four, names a price after looking at the roof, and you take his word that the creosote is gone. We built Hadley around ending that. You get a live arrival time you can track, like watching a rideshare move toward your street. You get photos of the inside of your flue before and after the cleaning, so you can see what was actually removed. You get a written price before work starts, every time, no exceptions. Our technicians are background-checked and uniformed, and they arrive in a tracked window rather than a four-hour guess. When you call, a live person answers, day or night. No answering service loop, no callback queue. And we show up with materials built to last: DuraFlex liner systems, HeatShield ceramic repair compound, and Copperfield accessories. Not whatever is cheapest on the truck.
