Juniper Windows & Doors in New Mexico
Juniper Windows & Doors handles window and door replacement, installation, and repair for homeowners across New Mexico as the windows-and-doors specialist inside the Relay Home Co. family. Every project starts with a written price before any work begins, and every installation is backed by the 365-Day Done Right Promise: if the work isn’t right, we make it right for a full year. Homeowners get a live arrival time they can track, photo updates before and after, and a digital invoice they can pay from a link. No vague estimates. No surprise invoices.
Why New Mexico Homeowners Choose Juniper Windows & Doors
New Mexico’s sun and heat are hard on windows and doors. Frames warp, seals dry out, glass coatings fail, and door slabs swell through the monsoon season. We carry eight product lines, including PGT, CGI, CWS, ES Windows, ECO Window Systems, Mr-Glass, Therma-Tru, and ViewLux, so a homeowner gets the right glass or door for their specific exposure rather than whatever happens to be on a truck. The Relay Visibility Guarantee is the standard on every job: a live arrival time you can track to your door, before-and-after photos of the work, and a written price locked in before a single screw turns. That matters here because the difference between a window that handles high-desert UV and one that fades in five years is a product decision we don’t leave to guesswork. Technicians are background-checked and uniformed, so the person walking through the door is someone you can identify. If a repair fails within the year, the second visit is free, no charge and no argument.
Backed by the Relay Home Co. Family
Relay Home Co. works like a relay: a clean hand-off from your phone to our door, with nothing dropped in between. Juniper Windows & Doors operates as an independent local business under that standard. The Relay Standard means you book in a tap, get a live arrival time instead of a four-hour window, see photos of the work before and after, receive the price in writing before anything starts, and pay from a texted digital invoice. Every Juniper job in New Mexico carries that same promise, so you always know who is coming, when they’ll be there, and what it will cost. It’s the same visibility you get from a rideshare, applied to windows and doors.
