Preston Locksmith & Security in California

Preston Locksmith & Security brings the Relay Home Co. standard to locksmith work across California. We’re the local locksmith that sends a background-checked, uniformed technician whose price is already in writing before a single tool leaves the bag. Homeowners throughout the state get a live arrival time they can track to their door, before-and-after photos of every job, and a written guarantee stamped on every repair. No vague hourly rates, no anonymous techs, no bill that swells between the estimate and the invoice. That’s the whole point: locksmith work you can watch happen, from the tap that books it to the photo that shows it’s done.

Why California Homeowners Choose Preston Locksmith & Security

Most locksmith frustration comes down to one thing: you don’t know what you’re getting until it’s over. We built Preston Locksmith & Security to remove that guesswork. Since 2008, our technicians have worked on Schlage, Kwikset, Medeco, Yale, Baldwin, Mul-T-Lock, Sargent, and Abloy hardware, everything from standard residential deadbolts to high-security commercial cylinders. That means the technician at your door has actually handled the lock on your door before, not just read about it in a manual. Every job starts with a written price you approve before we begin. Every repair carries our 365-Day Done Right Promise: if it’s not done right, we make it right. If a repair fails, the second visit is free, no charge, no argument. And when we say a live person answers 24/7, we mean it: no voicemail trees, no callback queues, no phone tag. You call, a person picks up, and you know who’s coming, what they look like, and when they’ll arrive.

Backed by the Relay Home Co. Family

Preston Locksmith & Security in Connecticut - Locksmith and other locations are part of the Relay Home Co. family, with each location independently owned and operated. That local independence matters: we’re not a call center routing jobs to whoever’s nearby. We’re a California locksmith working to The Relay Standard: book in a tap with no phone tag, get a live arrival time instead of a four-hour window, see photos of the work before and after, lock in the price in writing before anything starts, and pay from a digital invoice on your phone. A relay is a clean hand-off, one runner passing to the next so nothing gets dropped. From your first call to the final invoice, that’s the job we do for California homeowners.
