Preston Locksmith & Security in Maryland
Preston Locksmith & Security is a Maryland locksmith built on a simple idea: you should know exactly who is coming to your door, when they will arrive, and what the job costs before they touch a lock. We are part of the Relay Home Co. family, which means every job carries The Relay Visibility Guarantee: a live arrival time you can track, before-and-after photos of the work, and a written price before a single tool leaves the bag. If you are locked out, rekeying after a move, or upgrading commercial hardware, that is the standard we work to across Maryland.
Why Maryland Homeowners Choose Preston Locksmith & Security
Maryland homeowners call us because we remove the two things people hate most about hiring a locksmith: vague pricing and anonymous technicians. Our written price comes before any work starts, and it is the price you pay. No hourly-rate guesswork, no bill that swells between the estimate and the invoice. The tech who knocks on your door is background-checked and uniformed, and you will see their live arrival time on your phone before they get there. That matters when you are standing outside your house at night or waiting to secure a rental property before a tenant moves in. We service Schlage, Kwikset, Medeco, Yale, Baldwin, Mul-T-Lock, Sargent, and Abloy hardware, from residential deadbolts to high-security commercial cylinders, so the lock you have is a lock we know. And every repair carries our 365-Day Done Right Promise in writing. If it is not done right, we make it right, including a free second visit if the repair fails. No charge, no argument.
Backed by the Relay Home Co. Family
Relay Home Co. is built for homeowners who book everything from their phones and expect to see the work happen. The name comes from a clean hand-off, one runner passing to the next so nothing gets dropped, and from the relay switch that makes the connection the moment you need it. Preston Locksmith & Security is an independent local business that agreed to work to The Relay Standard: book in a tap, get a live arrival time, see photos of the work before and after, and pay from a digital invoice. That guarantee covers every Preston job across Maryland, and it is stamped in writing. We do not ask you to trust us blindly. We show you the work as it happens.
