Sawyer Remodeling in Michigan
Sawyer Remodeling specialists handle kitchen, bath, and whole-home construction for homeowners across Michigan, from shower replacements to full interior renovations. Every project runs under the Relay Home Co. standard: a written price before work starts, photo updates as the job progresses, and a live arrival time you can track to your door. We’ve been part of the Relay family since 2005, which means Michigan homeowners get the same visibility on a remodel that they expect from everything else they book on a phone.
Why Michigan Homeowners Choose Sawyer Remodeling
Most remodeling horror stories start the same way: a low verbal quote, a crew that shows up late or not at all, and an invoice that lands higher than the number you approved. We built Sawyer Remodeling to work differently. The price gets put in writing before a single tool leaves the truck, so the invoice matches what you agreed to. Our technicians are background-checked and uniformed, and you’ll know exactly who is walking into your home before they arrive. We answer calls with a live person around the clock, no voicemail loops. And every project includes the 365-Day Done Right Promise: if something isn’t right within a year of completion, we come back and make it right, in writing, no argument. The free second visit if a repair fails is just part of that same commitment.
Backed by the Relay Home Co. Family
Sawyer Remodeling is part of Relay Home Co., the family of home-service brands built on total visibility. That means every Sawyer job in Michigan carries The Relay Visibility Guarantee: a written price before work begins, photo updates before and after, and a live arrival time instead of a four-hour window. A relay is a clean hand-off, and that’s how your remodel should move: from your phone to our schedule to the finished project, with nothing dropped along the way.
