Sawyer Remodeling in Rhode Island
Sawyer Remodeling handles construction projects across Rhode Island under the Sawyer name, backed by the Relay Home Co. family since 2005. Homeowners who book with us get the same thing on every job: a live arrival time you can track on your phone, photo updates as the work happens, and a written price before a single tool comes off the truck. If you’re planning a kitchen, a bathroom, a full-home renovation, or exterior work, you’ll know exactly who’s showing up, when they’ll be there, and what it costs before anything starts.
Why Rhode Island Homeowners Choose Sawyer Remodeling
Rhode Island homes run the full range, from older colonials with aging kitchens to newer construction that needs a bathroom brought up to date. Our crews work with name-brand materials that carry manufacturer backing: KraftMaid and Wellborn cabinetry, Cambria and Caesarstone countertops, Kohler and Toto fixtures, GAF and James Hardie exteriors. You’re not picking from mystery suppliers. You’re choosing from proven brands with warranties behind the install. Every technician who walks through your door is background-checked and in uniform, so you know exactly who’s in your home before they arrive. And every project comes with our 365-Day Done Right Promise in writing: if it’s not done right, we make it right, for a full year after the job closes. We also include a written guarantee on every repair and a free second visit if a repair fails. No argument, no fine print, no chasing us down.
Backed by the Relay Home Co. Family
Every Sawyer Remodeling job across Rhode Island operates under the Relay Visibility Guarantee. That’s the promise behind the whole Relay Home Co. family: book in a tap, get a live arrival time instead of a four-hour window, receive photos of the work before and after, see the price in writing before we start, and pay from a digital invoice you can open on your phone. To us, a relay is a clean hand-off, one runner passing to the next so nothing gets dropped. That’s how your project should move, from your first tap to the final photo.
