Sawyer Remodeling in Washington
Our Sawyer Remodeling services bring full-scale construction and renovation work to homeowners across Washington, backed by the Relay Home Co. family since 2005. We handle kitchens, bathrooms, exteriors, and whole-home remodels, and every project runs on one promise: a written price before a single tool is picked up. Washington homeowners get photo updates before and after the work, a live arrival time instead of a four-hour window, and a project manager who stays reachable until the job closes. No chasing. No surprises at the invoice.
Why Washington Homeowners Choose Sawyer Remodeling
Washington houses take a beating from rain, moss, and temperature swings, and homeowners here are tired of contractors who quote low, then disappear or hand over an invoice that doesn’t match the estimate. Sawyer Remodeling operates differently. We put the price in writing before any work starts, and the number you approve is the number you pay. Every project carries our written guarantee on every repair, plus a free second visit if something fails. And the 365-Day Done Right Promise means a full year of accountability after we close out the job. Our crews are background-checked and uniformed, so you know exactly who is walking into your home. We build with name-brand materials: KraftMaid and Wellborn cabinetry, Cambria and Caesarstone countertops, Kohler and Toto fixtures, GAF and James Hardie exteriors. These are proven products with manufacturer backing, not mystery supplies from a truck.
Backed by the Relay Home Co. Family
Every Sawyer Remodeling in Wisconsin - Construction project across Washington runs under The Relay Visibility Guarantee. That means a live arrival time you can track to your door, photo updates before and after the work, and a written price before anything begins. The name Relay comes from a clean hand-off, one runner passing to the next so nothing gets dropped. It’s also the small switch that makes the connection the moment you need it. From the tap that books your remodel to the photo that shows it’s done, you always know what’s happening, when, and for how much. Calls are answered by a live person, 24/7, no voicemail loops or phone tag.
