Sawyer Remodeling in Virginia
Sawyer Remodeling sales & service brings kitchen, bath, and whole-home construction to Virginia homeowners who want the work done right and the process kept clear. We’re part of the Relay Home Co. family, which means every project runs on The Relay Visibility Guarantee: a live arrival time you can track, photo updates before and after, and a written price before a single tool is picked up. No four-hour windows. No surprises at the invoice. No ghosting between visits. That’s how remodeling should work, and it’s what we deliver across Virginia.
Why Virginia Homeowners Choose Sawyer Remodeling
We put the price in writing before any work starts, and the number on the invoice is the number you approved. That’s not an upgrade or an add-on; it’s standard practice on every job we take. We back every repair with a written guarantee, and if that repair fails, the second visit is free. Our 365-Day Done Right Promise extends a full year of accountability after the project closes, so if something isn’t right, we make it right. Homeowners also know exactly who is walking through the door: background-checked, uniformed technicians, every time. And when you call, a live person answers, 24/7. For materials, we work with proven brands like KraftMaid and Wellborn cabinetry, Cambria and Caesarstone countertops, Kohler and Toto fixtures, and GAF and James Hardie exteriors, so you choose from name-brand products with manufacturer backing behind the install.
Backed by the Relay Home Co. Family
Sawyer Remodeling has been part of the Relay Home Co. family since 2005, operating under The Relay Standard on every Virginia project. That standard is simple: book in a tap, get a live arrival time, receive photos of the work before and after, approve a written price upfront, and pay from a digital invoice. Relay Home Co. does not pretend to be from every town. Each location is an independent local business that agreed to work to The Relay Visibility Guarantee. In Virginia, that business is us.
