Benson ADU Builders in New Mexico
Benson Adu Builders sales & service brings accessory dwelling units and home additions to homeowners across New Mexico through the Relay Home Co. family. We build with prefab brands you can research yourself – Abodu, Cover, Dvele, Mighty Buildings, Boxabl, Plant Prefab, and Tuff Shed, plus James Hardie cladding – so you’re never stuck with a single take-it-or-leave-it option. Every project starts the same way: a written price before any work begins, real-time tracking from your phone, and the 365-Day Done Right Promise behind every build. That’s what The Relay Standard means in New Mexico.
Why New Mexico Homeowners Choose Benson ADU Builders
New Mexico homeowners are adding ADUs for family, rental income, or a dedicated workspace – and they want a contractor who treats the process like every other service they book from their phone. Benson ADU Builders puts a written price in front of you before anything starts, so there’s no verbal estimate that shifts once the project is underway. Our technicians are background-checked and uniformed, which means you always know exactly who’s on your property. And when you call Benson ADU Builders in New York - ADU or our New Mexico office, a live person answers – no voicemail loops, no waiting until Monday. The 365-Day Done Right Promise backs every job in writing: if the work isn’t right within a full year, we make it right, and any covered repair that fails gets a free second visit. Add in the prefab brands we’re authorized to build with, and you get curated options from names you can verify independently rather than one product pushed by a contractor.
