Preston Locksmith & Security in Alabama
Preston Locksmith Security specialists bring Alabama homeowners and business operators a locksmith experience built on something most of the trade has never offered: total visibility. Founded in 2008 and now part of the Relay Home Co. family, we send a background-checked, uniformed technician whose arrival time you can track live on your phone. Before a single tool leaves the bag, you have a written price. Before we leave, you have before-and-after photos of the work. That is the promise, and it holds whether we’re rekeying a deadbolt on a single-family home or replacing high-security cylinders at a small business.
Why Alabama Homeowners Choose Preston Locksmith & Security
The Relay Visibility Guarantee changes what a locksmith call feels like. You book in a tap, watch a live arrival time instead of sitting through a four-hour window, and get photo updates as the work happens. Nobody shows up anonymous: our technicians are background-checked and uniformed, so you know exactly who is knocking before they knock. Our team works on the hardware Alabama homes and businesses actually carry, from everyday Schlage and Kwikset residential deadbolts to Medeco, Mul-T-Lock, Abloy, Baldwin, Sargent, and Yale commercial cylinders. Every repair carries a written guarantee, and the 365-Day Done Right Promise means if it isn’t done right, we make it right, including a free second visit if a repair fails. That promise gets stamped on every job we do, no exceptions. And because this is Relay Home Co., the price is in writing before we start. The quote you approve is the price you pay.
Backed by the Relay Home Co. Family
Relay Home Co. is built on a clean hand-off, one runner passing to the next so nothing gets dropped. It’s also the small switch that makes the connection the moment you need it. Every Preston Locksmith & Security job across Alabama operates to that same Relay Standard, while our Preston Locksmith & Security in Arizona - Locksmith team delivers the same experience in the Southwest: book in a tap, get a live arrival time, receive photos before and after, approve a written price up front, and pay from a digital invoice. We don’t pretend to be from every town. Preston is an independent local business that agreed to work to the Relay Visibility Guarantee, and that guarantee stands behind every lock we open, rekey, repair, or replace across Alabama.
